These are handmade bags but we often carry a small stock of our more popular items and these can be despatched immediately. We do sell out of some products extremely quickly, so it could mean that your bag is hand made to order. In this case we generally have another batch already on order and going through the handmade process and we can despatch usually within 7 - 10 working days. This could however be as little as a couple of working days or it could be up to 3 weeks – the smaller products generally complete quicker than the larger or more complicated products – for obvious reasons!

Where we know an item is likely to take more towards the longer timescale we do try to advise by email after the order is placed, but this is not guaranteed and unfortunately it is your responsibility read these lead times.

For bespoke items or anything else - all items are individually made by hand, to order ,with a turnaround time of up to 14 - 21  working days + delivery (although we do aim to get every product out as quickly as possible). .

Delivery options depend on the size and number of products bought and range from 3 - 4 day delivery all the way to a next day tracked service starting after order completion date.

Any items listed as “for”, “compatible with” or where it’s clear it has been designed for a particular product or item, are produced to the manufacturer's specifications and consequently should fit. However as these are individually handmade to order products the onus is on you to make sure your item will fit into the case or bag and hasn’t, for example, bent or warped through use.

The Internal padding we use for our booth bags and cases is not just foam, it is a state of the art and top of the range material, which is odour and moisture resistant and will alway try to return to its original thickness and shape.

In order for this to happen we have to leave some padding  visible through some internal seams. So if you're wondering why some seams don't look fully finished, we promise you they are and just as strong as the rest of the product but if we closed them all, the tiny amount of water that may find it's way in through the miniscule holes caused by stitching the item together, would possibly stay in the lining and you would end up with a bag or case retaining moisture, not returning to its thickness and shape and it would end up looking like any other product out there!
